# Terms of Service

- **Vanity**: The AI chatbot developed by Burger Byte Studio, available on Discord.  
- **User**: Any individual who interacts with Vanity.  
- **Burger Byte Studio**: The developer and operator of Vanity.  
- **Prohibited Activities**: Actions that violate these Terms, such as requesting illegal information or abusing the bot.  
- **Termination**: The revocation of a user's access to Vanity due to violations of these Terms.

## **1. Introduction**  
These Terms of Service govern your use of Vanity, the AI chatbot developed by Burger Byte Studio. By using Vanity, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

## **2. User Responsibilities**  
- Vanity is intended for entertainment purposes only. Users should not expect accurate or factual information, as the bot may generate false or fictional content to enhance entertainment.  
- Users are encouraged not to prompt Vanity to output illegal, harmful, or inappropriate information.

## **3. Prohibited Activities**  
The following activities are strictly prohibited:  
- Excessive abuse or misuse of Vanity.  
- Requesting illegal information, such as instructions on harming others, committing crimes, or evading the law.  
- Using Vanity to harass, bully, or harm others.  

Violations may result in termination of access (see Section 5).

## **4. Liability**  
- Burger Byte Studio is not liable for any false, harmful, or inappropriate information outputted by Vanity.  
- Vanity is designed to prioritize entertainment, and its responses may include fabricated or fictional content.  
- Users assume full responsibility for their interactions with Vanity.

## **5. Termination**  
- Burger Byte Studio reserves the right to terminate a user's access to Vanity for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to excessive abuse or requests for illegal information.  
- Terminated users may appeal by contacting burgerbytestudio@proton.me.

## **6. Age Restriction**  
- Users must confirm they are **18 years or older** to access Vanity.  
- By using Vanity, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

## **7. Support and Maintenance**  
- Support is provided through the main Discord chat where Vanity is available.  
- For additional support, users may contact burgerbytestudio@proton.me.

## **8. Modifications and Discontinuation**  
- Burger Byte Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Vanity at any time without prior notice.  
- Users will be notified of significant changes through the Discord server or the official website.

## **9. No Monetary Gain**  
- As of February 28, 2025, Vanity is a free service with no intention of generating monetary gain.  
- This may change in the future, and any such changes will be communicated to users.

## **10. No Quality Assurance**  
- Vanity is provided "as is" without any guarantees of quality, accuracy, or reliability.  
- The underlying code is private, and the service is not unique. Users should not expect consistent or error-free performance.

## **11. Changes to Terms**  
- Burger Byte Studio reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.  
- The latest version will always be available at [burgerbytestudio.com](https://burgerbytestudio.com).  
- Continued use of Vanity after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
