- **User/Member**: Any individual who interacts with Vanity on Discord.  
- **Player**: A user who has opted into data collection and is engaging with Vanity in full capacity.  
- **Data**: Information collected, stored, or processed by Vanity, including but not limited to user IDs, usernames, message content, and preferences.  
- **Third Party**: External services or entities that may process data on behalf of Vanity.  
- **Opt-in**: Explicit consent provided by a user to allow data collection and storage.
